Boca Theater & Automation

This company has NO customer service....they take your $$ and run with the wind. Did not fulfill what they were to do and sent 2 different people to my house and still couldn't program the $1800 remote they sold me. They won't take it back either! Then tried to tell me I needed everything new....really? Ripoffs, just trying to sell stuff you DO NOT need and they have worthless employees. I only pressed one star because i had to press something...they aren't even one star in my opinion.
