Boca Auto Tag & Title

I was told my vehicle was not in "the system" so I had to wait until Tallahassee fixed the problem. I called dealerships and they laughed, saying they tag 2 to 3 vehicles of the same make every week. So I then called the registration place directly, where they confirmed, even if the make was new, which it wasn't, as long as I had a paper title in my name, the title would transfer immediately and the tags issued on the spot. To top it all off, they charged me THREE TIMES what is normal, NOT INCLUDING there fee, which was $125. Absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY.

Very poor customer service. There were two ladies at a gay ask when I walked in and they did not even greet me. They acted like me being there was a burden. When I finally found out the charge was $50 I left. I found a place in coral springs that does the exact same service with a charge of $2.50.

Horrible service if you need help as did I go to Simplified Auto... the owner at Boca Tags is very aggressive. I am surprised no one has shut them down, yet!

I waited to long to send in my tag renewal. I only had a week until my birthday, and I did not want to wait in line at the DMV. Boca Auto Tag and Title processed my paperwork, and got me my new decal in one day. They were professional and courteous.

amazing service! . they completed my paperwork and then took my work to the dmv and got my new tag. it only took a day. no more paperwork or waiting in line, they have a customer for life!!

Stopped by a few day ago to try their service after having enough of the line at the DMV. All I can say is I can't believe I didn't find them sooner. They did a great job getting me a new decal, and I didn't have to wait in line. Thanks so much! Five stars from me!

I was referred to the agency by a friend, the service was very efficient. I received my work on time, it was a pleasure to do business with this agency. I plan to do future business with them and refer to my friends also.

I had the greatest experience today!!! Went to Delray to renew my tags and the wait was over two hours...some kind person directed me to Boca Auto Tags and Title...What a great experience..in less than 1/2 hr, paperwork was done, and I p/u my work tomorrow...courteous, polite and helpful employees...knowledgeable too!!! Give them a 5!!
