Had a hard time getting in touch with this company, didn't return calls. Unwilling to work with the customer and their needs. Was rude and dismissive on the phone - made assumptions about situation without taking the time to understand what I was asking of them. I was actually lectured to over the phone about what good customer service is/is not, after stating I was unhappy with other business practices of his competitors in the area (at the time I wasn't even referring to him!!!!). Cancelled appointment for estimate without giving explanation or alternative dates. This was my experience, and a friend had a similar poor experience with this company, so it wasn't just me and my situation. HIGHLY recommend staying away from this business - apparently they're doing so well they can't be bothered with new business. I plan to have my floors refinished (whole house) in the near future (we just set a date of mid/late October), and will be going to another company with whom I had the exact opposite experience. This guy missed out on our business because he wouldn't take the time for his customer.
