Stop, don't call them. They are over priced and unreliable. Amateur work at professional prices. Took 3 days for a one hour job and then we had to have someone else finish. They ran a wire and put a hole in the wall. One TV was a different brand than we ordered and then it wasn't set up for HD. It took 3 1/2 weeks of calls to get them back to correct. Sounds bad, yeah, and this is a partial list. We're really sorry we used them. Save yourself.
