Do not use this company. They were contracted by Khoi Nguyen at Urban Designs and Development. They were not paid by Urban Design and Development and now they are trying to get the money from us. Their materials are horrible.

Khoi Nguyen Urban Designs and Development was hired to put in a retaining wall in our "very small" backyard. He told us that he would put in a wall that was size appropriate for our yard. He was suppose to landscape the entire yard and remove all the debris and smooth out the soil. They didn't do any of this. They left everything a mess.

He put in concrete blocks from Leo Concrete that are size appropriate for a highway. The wall is six feet tall. We trusted that we would have a retaining wall that was appropriate for our yard and were told that. We went on vacation and came back and were totally shocked.

We told Khoi Nguyen at Urban Designs and Development to remove this horrible site from our backyard. He had the Leo Concrete guy come out and he said that it was the only kind of block that could be put in our yard. The stone is breaking off and deteriorating. It's only been up since April. Leo Concrete's solution,"oh we'll stain it".

We have had two engineers and four landscapers come out to give an assessment on the wall. They have all said that the wall was not the only kind of stone that could be used. They also said the stone is not appropriate size or material for what we wanted. They said it doesn't let water drain properly. They also said that the wall size is out of code. It is size feet high. Unreal.

They are nothing but liars and rip offs. Both Leo Concrete and Urban Designs and Development.

I will be posting photos of the shabby materials and the construction of the materials on a website for previewing and reviewing. These guys are totally dishonest.

They are coming after us for the cost of the materials when they should be going after Urban Designs and Developments Khoi Nguyen. He contracted them not us. Rip offs.
