I hired Robert E Blue to do a survey of my property prior to putting up a fence. I worked with Bob Cook throughout the process and found him to be professional and easy to work with. Bob took the time to answer many questions and explain the results of the survey to me in detail. The work was done promptly within the original estimated cost. I would consider hiring the firm again for future work.

I had contacted Robert E. Blue Consulting to get an elevation certificate. After some very extensive and exhaustive searches dealing with FEMA and my township, Bob Cook worked with me to come to a very satisfactory outcome. He submitted an ELOMA for my property and within 2 days it was approved. Bob was excellent to work with. He was professional, curteous and is quite an asset to his company and to the community. He continued diligently working on a solution to a mapping concern for my property. KUDOS! I would strongly recommend working with Robert E. Blue Consulting to anyone and would do so again in the future. I will be referring this company to any of my associates in the Real Estate Industry as well.
