Med Express

I was very disappointed with this place. I went because I thought i had the flu because I was exposed to 2 other people who had the flu, while my symptoms were not the typical flu symptoms the NP suggested it might be strep. So they did a strep test and it was negative. She concluded it was a URI (upper respiratory inflection). I left. The next day i was feeling worse and a lymph node appeared on my neck. I went in asking to be re-seen without having to pay another 75 $ because i believe i was misdiagnosed. They said i would have to pay again. So i left. I went to CVS med clinic and behold, they did a flu test and I was positive for the flu. 3 days after the initial visit, i got a phone call from one of the workers asking how i was feeling since the visit. I told her i was mis diagnosed and i have the flu. She said "oh well, if there is anything we can do please reach out" How about you listen to your patients when they ask for a flu test and do it, instead of taking the easy route. Been to this place 2 times and both times was very displeased with the services from the medical staff.

Rushed to get there by 8 when my kiddo spiked a fever. Made it with a few minutes to spare and the doors were already locked. No one answered the phone.

This office really needs to get their act together. From the front desk to the Doctor this was a horribly disappointing experience. I waited over 2 hours (in extreme physical discomfort) while there were only 2 other patients in the entire building. Not only was the entire process painfully slow (no pun intended) the Doctor did not show any confidence in his diagnosis, or demeanor and I literally left with nothing but a paper in my hand. I had to call another doctor after having waited for 2 hours to get an accurate diagnosis. Needless to say I won't be returning I was sincerely hoping since this office was so new I would receive some top notch care, instead I left feeling worse than when I arrived.



I do want to add the nurse who did the second part of the check in and lead my to the exam room was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing.
