Valleybrook Country Club

Had 6:00am tee timeon Sunday, July 30th ,proshop employee a no show till 6:30didnt start till 6:45 had to wait for 2 foursomes of members which was OK because they were told. To be there before 6 AM. But after that, they let groups out in front of them, which slowed. Play Down for US. A 3 and a half to 4 hour round took US 5 hours. This also happened 3 weeks ago pro shop staff was only 20 minutes late. I've also noticed that. Sprinkler heads have not been fixed for years. I always went in the same spots. The ground crew was very ignorant at Had cars parked right on path couldn't get by. I won't be back. Very disappointed in coarse management

A buddy of mine had a wedding here about a month ago, I would say I was pleased with the service. The wait staff was highly attentive with taking my order: a nice filet steak. I've been to weddings before, and I've been served food on a plate, whatever. But no, here they went the extra step and made the plate look presentable. With frizzled onions and flower on plate, I felt like I was in a luxury hall someplace. It wasn't just me that had the special steak, as everyone else at my table had their plates presented in similar manner. I work in the industry, I know how tedious it can be to make something look pretty so I appreciate it that much more. I'm observant about food service, and service I got from Valleybrook. Whatever you say in your team huddles Ron, keep it up!

Not the toughest place around, but always in good shape with great customer service.

I recently went golfing at Valleybrook with my sister & what a great course! The course was in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly. We told them it was our first time at the course & they had many suggestions on how to play the course & what holes could be very challenging. One of the rangers even came out to us to see how we were making out. I have been golfing for about 5 years now & never have been treated with such respect from employees. It seems like they really enjoy their job. I would highly recommend Valleybrook. Oh & while I was there Jaws was eating lunch & just came up to me & my sister, introduced himself, asked how our day was going on the course & thanked us for coming to his course.
