HotSpring Spas Pool Tables 2

I've never been so disgusted with a store in my life. We were dealing with these guys for a hot tub and we put money down on it and we were PROMISED our money back if something came up and we had to cancel our order. Well needless to say, I believe his name is Paul, the "manager" took his promise back and a YEAR later he STILL REFUSES to give us our money back! I would strongly suggest shopping somewhere else.
