        I have used this service for the 3rd year now and will never use them again. If you want your taxes handled properly and would like your refund in a timely manner I would not advise using Tax of America. After a bad experience last year I thought I would give the the benefit of the doubt but now that they have successfully screwed up again I will absolutely not use them nor recommend anyone else to them.



        My advice is, think twice before selecting your tax service and make sure they're not on your list of options. Unless you enjoy paying for something to be done correctly but then having to babysit to make sure it gets done. I'm still waiting on a tax return that was "supposedly" sent out the 1st part of March.
