123 Clown

I used this company last year for my daughters first birthday party. The clown was an hour late due to traffic. But to make up for the lateness my clown offered a discount which I didn't accept because once she arrived she was awesome. I really enjoyed her there and so did the kids. She went above and beyond to make sure things were good and that she got to all the kids and some of the adults as well. I really appreciated her for that. I plan on using them again this year and want her to come back out. The kids even fed her and brought her water and juices. Lol. They wanted to make sure she was fine as well. I really enjoyed her. Will be calling for her this year. Thanks for everything.

I have 123 Clown come to my child event every year!! This company provides the best experience with booking and entertaining my kids, there friends, and even us adults, would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

The ninja turtle that came out was bad he was late do to the traffic so he say he suppose to been there at 1:00 and got there at almost 2 O'clock the candy bags that he gave the kids where for adventure them each bag had 4 pieces of candy in the bag not only that the music wouldn't work the cd was scrtatched up the buble blower had batteries in it and wasn't blowing out any bubbles and for 135 dollars this could have been better and he gave my son a toy truck no medal it was just horrible I can't even imagne feeling the way me and my family felt

great moon bounce, clown was lots of fun and we had the angry bird which was a hit as well. thumbs up to this company 123 Clown. we will use you again next year

OMG!! You are fabulous fun and entertaining!! Hokie Pokie the Clown is the funniest thing I have ever seen....you have got to set your party up with her and only her! My little girl loves you sooooo much!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have been using this company 3 years in a row now. their prices are good, They always do what they say and then some. My son loves their Batman, Spiderman and Sponge Bob. we will probably call them again next year. I have been referring them out to my friends and there is never a complaint. I wish this complaint had been given to me. I would have fixed it with full refund and big apologizes and termination of employment to the individual for breach of contract. 123 Clown gives 3 verbal contracts to customers. We are guided by Holy Spirit and God's will, run buy faith, not fear, so we don't charge deposits. The performer gives a cusotmer satisfaction form for the customer to circle a rating of the performaace to be given with payment after performance. Over the last year, I have seen nothing less than mostly 10's and a few 9's (Out of possible 10 rating). The performers are required to make sure you have a picture of their costume before performance and to review your rating before leaving your property. Discount or refund is commanded upon dissatisfacrtion. We try very hard to please you, our customers, and perfection would love to be attained! Please consider that we have been in business since 1999 and these are our first formal complaints, and they are a big surprise!!

Would not advise using this company. We paid to have Tinkerbell arrive at a 4 year old's birthday party and were told by the company she would hand out candy, play with the children and teach them a couple of dances. We thought this would be great since our daughter is really into dance. When see got there she passed out peppermint and butterscotch. As the party went on my daughter asked Tinkerball to teach her a dance and she said no, you teach me one. I was not very thrilled with Tinkerbell or this company and will never use them again.
