Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of. He installed the rough work for a new shower. He came back a few weeks later once the finish work was ready to be put in. I called with a small leak problem, and he came back quickly to replace the part. He returned my calls promptly, which, to me, is important. Nothing more frustrating than waiting and waiting to hear back from someone you are paying to do a job.
