Founded in 1990, Health Partners specializes in rehabilitation home health care programs, private duty home care and facility staffing services. The center offers a variety of nursing and medical services. Additionally, it provides services, such as term-to-perm, travel, staffing and recruitment outsourcing, and immigration and licensing services. Its rehabilitative programs assist patients to reach their maximum level of functioning and independence through instruction, demonstration and evaluation of essential skills.
