Planet Beach

Planet Beach in Biloxi has so much to offer. I first showed up thinking it was just tanning. The ladies took me through everything and were so helpful. The spa services are just amazing. I feel so rejuvenated and fresh when i leave. My skin has improved in texture and isnt near as dry anymore just from using their hydration. Price range is right where i was looking to spend. Nothing too pricey and i got an amazing tan. Plus their airbrush is flawless. GO. you will not be disappointed.

When I first started using this "Spa" around June 2008 it was a wonderful experience with great people and great customer service. For the past year or so everything has gone way down hill! Horrible customer service, mean and just plain rude people working the counter, along with the higher ups. They make promises to get you to sign a contract and then don't follow through with said promises. READ THE CONTRACT!!! Equipment constantly malfunctioning and out of order for months at a time, and when asked to be compensated get told it's a "privilege" to use the equipment that your paying for.
