We have used Valley Mainenance & Property Management to rent our homes for the past 3 years. They are honest and trustworthy and its been truly a pleasure to work with them. If there was ever a problem at a home, they have contacted us with the issue, and given us estimated repair costs on the issue. Payment was always sent on time, and if there was a repair, a detailed description was submitted with the payment also. If you are in need of a property management company, I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a company as long as I can remember. I hired this company to rent my home while I was out of state. It's been 2 months now and they have collected rent from my tenant and yet have paid me nothing thus far. I have called repeatedly to their office and to the agents cell phone, left messages, and no response. They have done unnecessary repairs to my home and charged me for them. Thus even after I told them to get approval first. they don't listen and they are totally unaccountable to me as their client. I am astonished that a licensed property management company can get away with conducting business this way. Please take my advice and don't hire this company, it's been nothing but a hardship upon me and my family.
