It saved my sanity and probably my relationship ;-)
I got super stressed out about 5 mnths before my wedding and wasn't sleeping. The relaxation exercises were very effective and so were the tips and techniques for dealing with the mishaps that cause stress in the first place (bossy relatives, friends asking for plus-one's, hidden fees, etc). It takes at least 10 minutes a day, and SO worth it. I highly recommend, and the sooner you start the better.
