Two weeks ago I was waiting for a package from Florida to the East End of Long Island. It hit this post office and was sent out to Colorado. It was a priority 2 to 3 days that I received in five. Here we are again another package coming up from Florida. The estimated delivery date was yesterday Friday the 24th of February. I just called this facility who said it will probably be Monday or Tuesday because it sits on a truck waiting for other packages. They will not deliver to my post office with only one or two items. The only problem is it shows that it left their destination on the 22nd. And on the 23rd it says in transit to destination, which is the last scan showing. I have no idea where my package is!

It's been 20 days since my package left the facility. I called and she doesn't know what to tell me. The package was my boyfriends birthday present. 160$ shoes somebody at the facility definitely stole them and I will be driving there tomorrow to find them
OK, so it's been 20 days since my package supposedly left this lovely facility. I even got a case number from the Main US Post Office customer service department who contacted my local Post Office. And STILL NOTHING! Someone else has my package but unfortunately it is not me. And judging by all the other great reviews on Yelp, I would say calling them will not get me anywhere. I wouldn't recommend facility to my worst enemy. And they wonder why people are using alternative methods to mail out items and to pay their bills.
I called to find out where my package is. Tracking says it left this facility 12 days ago. "Sometimes things get lost" is what I was told. I'm "allowed" to call back and check, but they will not call me back, copy me on an email, or contact me otherwise. No case number, no report filed, Diane will just "check with" "someone" via email who might know where on earth my daughter's Easter dress went. (probably on one of their children right now). When your package is missing from here, because, judging by all these reviews, it will be... call Diane (631) 755-2850. This likely won't be of any help, but at least you can try.I'll change my review when you find my package.... never.
Only idiots work there.. and there are thieves. I sent a package first class that was supposed to be delivered on a certain day..It has been over a week..they also did not giving me the right tracking number, just a DIP number which only the people working there can check the tracking with.
Worst service EVER , I have recently sent 4 packages on the same day with one being expensive , the 1st three came in later on the same date , the 4th (the expensive one ) has yet to come in , now my packages are all from an oversea military post office , those guys don't steal and /or rarely mess things up , so I went to track all the packages to see where the went after its origins , come to find out that all the packages but one headed to bethpages post office , I wouldn't have guessed much til 20 days passed and the packages didn't even update , im still waiting on confirmation on my package weather it destroyed stolen or anything , watch yourselves people there are definatly thieves in that particular post office , especial since they had bout 5 worker charged with theft and drug position .
