Youth Strength and Conditioning offers youth athletes a fun, yet rigorous, strength and conditioning program that will increase athletic performance and reduce risk of injuries. We combine strength training with cardio workouts in the Next Level's state-of-the-art Keiser weight room and cardio room. Our program ensures that each athlete is training at his or her appropriate level and focuses on strengthening muscles in all ranges of motion to maximize conditioning and help reduce risk of injury. Explosive Conditioning is a rigorous conditioning program for athletes of all sports who wish to increase and maximize their power, quickness, and explosive capabilities on the field or court. The program will take athletes through a proper progression of exercises that include functional training, plyometrics and total body explosive exercises. Training will take place on the Next Level's indoor turf field. Both programs are taught and developed by Tony Russo, a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who is highly experienced in training youth athletes at all levels.
