KNI Engineering Inc

I worked for this company in 2010 or 2011 as CAD Operator. The owner of KNI - Igor Knizhnik - is a guy from Ukraine. He is not easy way to get alone guy. I could say this guy has a polarized behavior and racist attitude against Hispanic and/or alien. He is very rude, demanding and intimidating boss. He pay you to draft in CAD only one time. That means you have to draft whatever in CAD perfect, no mistake the first time.

The work environment is the worst. Due this office is located in a basement, you have to use the private bathroom of that house. At the end of my days working for that guy, I almost fight with that guy because he was very aggressive verbally. Mr. Igor is not a good pay boss. He does not pay more than $15 per hour to a CAD operator, however, he demand a fast and perfect work.

I DON'T RECOMMEND TO WORK HERE. IT'S BETTER TO LIVE OF FOOD STAMP RATHER TO WORK UNDER THAT ENVIRONMENT. Mr.Igor Knizhnik is part of the minority into U.S. that MUST come back to his country and stay there.

Si eres hispano, no trabajes para el señor Igor Knizhnik, él no trata con respeto a la minoría hispana en Montgomery County. Él viene con la cultura de su país que ve al empleado como si fuera un esclavo y no un empleado. Este señor es bien demandante, prejuiciado, le grita a las personas y pretender ser abusador en su trato, algo que casi me lleva a los puños con él.Debido a que se trabaja en el basement de su casa, la mentalidad de trato hacía el empleado es partiendo de la premisa que es su casa, no una oficina. Además, las actitudes de este señor no son nada saludables. Él es bien inestable mentalmente. Hoy esta feliz, mañana esta agresivo e intolerable, eso le llaman en psicología "polarización mental" Yo viví esto que cuento.
El sr. Igor no es buena paga. El no le paga más de $15 x hora a un operador CAD, sin embargo, damanda perfección y rapides en el trabajo.
