DO NOT GO TO JJFATTS. The food is decent but the service is horrible. I placed an order there and they got my order wrong. They forgot part of it and then when it was noted they rushed and gave me the wrong order. So, when I called to get it replaced they said they would give me a credit the next day. When I tried to collect said credit, they would not issue it without me returning the other food. I had to go to my house and get the old order out of the TRASH CAN and take it up there. By this time I didn't want any food from them. When the manager "Jeff" supposedly refunded part of my order (not the whole order) he "accidentally" charged me instead. He was unapologetic and very rude. I will not be going back to JJ Fatts. This was a huge ordeal over a mistake that their staff made. However, I was made to feel like it was my fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Extremely rude staff. Me and my kids were kicked out because my son took a sip from my daughters drink. Will not be returning.

JJ Fatts has the best burgers around! The food is good and the wait is minimal. The burgers are always hot and the meat is awesome! I always get the Mushroom Swiss burger and I enjoy every bite!! I highly recommend JJ Fatts to everyone!!

i have been to jjfatts many times and every time i am treated terrably. The owners are very rude. Sure the foods okay but its extremely pricy and their rules are ridiculous, I got kicked out for having a bag of chips in my purse, they were just sitting in my purse i wasnt eating them, i was eating french fries which i ordered there. Its the worst place the people are very rude, it is not family friendly at all and the owners are the most rude disrespectful people ive ever met in my life. You cant brign food in from anywhere else, even if your not eating it. You cant even share drinks. Its ridiculous and i advise everyone never to go there,



i have never in my life been more disapointed with the way a resturant's employees have treated me, they have absolutely no manners, they have attitudes with everyone and their rules and policies are absolutely obserd. I honestly do not know how they are still in buisness. Its sad, the food is pretty descent, but the management team, has to be the rudest people i have ever met.
