We can shrink wrap any item that the customer requests at no additional charge.We do a physical pre and post inspection to ensure that there were no damages caused by our handling or transporting of their property. Before the final bill is paid.We don't collect the balance until the job is completed!We do make recommendations on how to pack and provide resources for our customers to assist in planning their move.We provide a 100% Property Guarantee! Bob and his crew have moved my family twice, my brothers family, and our Grandmother. Instead of calling him again we tried someone a friend had used. Bob, you and your guys are the BEST! I was soooo stressed out about my upcoming move. My husband works all the time and asked me to handle everything. I recieved several bids for the job and they all were around the same price. What made the difference was your customer service skills, you were very nice and explained everything to me and you made sure I understood how your billing process worked. You even covered any possible extra fees that the other companies never mentioned. I really appreciate your professionalism and how courteous your crew was, you guys worked very hard and lived up to your name. I will never use another moving company again. These guys were professional, courteous, knowledgable and affordable. They took care of me and my family, even though it was a last minute move. Not only did they not charge me any additional for the last minute call. They worked all weekend to make sure that we were taken care of. Thanks again guys!
