Regis, Salon

DO NOT get your hair cut here. I went in to get my hair cut and told the stylist not to cut my hair up to my hairline and that is exactly what she did. I left the salon crying and after calling customer service I met up with the District Manager, Tara, who was rude and disrespectful. She refused to do anything and after calling customer service back they denyed to do anything. Regis is a terrible company, do not give them your business, you will be sorry if you do!

I have had the worst salon experience of my life at Regis in the Neshaminy Mall. First, I asked for a trim and Shannon cut over an inch off of my hair. Then I went back and asked the manager Tara to fix it and got an attitude. About 2 weeks after Tara "fixed" it, I noticed that someone had cut a small group of hair about an inch long toward the crown of my head. (It was sticking up since the rest of my hair is shoulder length.) When I called the salon, they were very rude. So I called Regis headquarters out in CA, and they were even more rude. I cannot even say how disappointed I am about how I've been treated. All I can say is DON'T GO THERE!
