To respond to your post. you came to Solid Rock Auto with a misdiagnosis (need new starter) from another shop (family member), you left here with the correct diagnosis ( no starter issue) and an unwillingness to pay for the 1.5 hours of diagnostic work verifying the problems you were experiencing (Leaky intake manifold, and parasitic amp draw due to a faulty drivers door latch). Try as hard as I might; it seems you could not or would not make the connection and subsequently lied to me about going to the bank for money to pay me, never returning, It was only after I left you a voice message after several attempts to contact you, that I would now be forced to Contact The Deschutes County District Attorney and report you for theft of services did you grudgingly make the payment by mail of that which you owed, and yes Amy you did receive your discount, they are still posted, as I take nothing down nor did I dishonor my commitments to you or do I any of my customers.
