These people are the worst in Bend. Every time I have been in the shop, everyone has a terrible attitude and has never greeted me in a friendly manner. Just the other day I bought a master link there and they gave me the wrong part. After driving all the way back to the shop a second time, they managed to screw up and give me the wrong part a second time. I then called the shop to try and get them to order me the right part, but they wanted me to drive to the shop yet again (for a 3$ part) and spend even more of my time and money on trying to get the right part. I will gladly be using the Motoshop from now on and will never be returning to Pro Caliber again. At least at the Motoshop they treat you like an important human being and not like an expendable rat and try their best to please who is important, THE CUSTOMER.

I always get my Ski-Doo's pre seasoned at pro caliber motorsports Rex and the crew do a great job and the price is always fair. I won't go anywhere else!

What a great dealership! They are open 7 days a week and carry a huge selection of new and used motorcycles and also all the parts and accessories you need. The is friendly and professional plus Rex Harris now runs their Service Department and their techs are great. I am not sure why anyone would drive to the Valley or shop elsewhere in Central Oregon. If you haven't checked out Pro Caliber in Bend you are missing out on a great experience.
