O'Reilly Auto Parts

I wouldn't give you 2 cents for this store. THEY ARE A JOKE!!! I ordered a part and was told that the part would be delivered to the store in 2 days. Almost a week later and still no part. I have been told everyday that the part was ordered the day before. The bottom line is that the morons that work there don't do their jobs and don't care about their customers. They have had bad attitudes with us through all of this like it was our fault. Pretty much told us to go else where if we thought we could get it any sooner. We could have if the part was ordered when it was supposed to be. When we asked to talk to the Manager we were told not to bother because he would tell us the same thing. Will NEVER go to O'Reilly's again and will definitely put the word out to everyone else that they can't be depended on and to use someone else. I'm sure they will know exactly who wrote this.....unless they do this all the time to everyone???
