Code Ready Training

I took an ACLS, PALS, and BLS CPR class with this organization through the fire deparment in which I was volunteering for at the time. These classes took place 9 months ago, in late January and early February. I ended recieving one of my certification cards, however, I still to this date never ended up getting my ACLS or CPR card. I have sent many emails, called many times, left voicemails, and even got the chance to speak with a nice girl who seemed at the time very apologetic and helpful. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I luckily had these classes paid for by the fire department. Had I paid the couple hundred dollars myself I'd be reporting this organization to the better business bureau. I recommend you go else where.
