Dr. Flugstad has dedicated his medical career to plastic surgery since 2007. His research interests have included face lifting, body contouring, wound healing, and nerve repair. He has been invited to present research both nationally and internationally. During a fellowship with renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Joseph P. Hunstad, he participated in over 800 major cosmetic procedures. Dr. Leff has been in practice for nearly 40 years and has many decades of satisfied patients. The Overlake Surgery Center (OSC) is a state-of-the-art outpatient facility accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC) and also meets the stringent standards for Medicare certification. OSC performs a high volume of outpatient surgeries. We choose to perform the vast majority of our outpatient surgeries at OSC. In some cases, a procedure may be done at one of the nearby hospitals. OSC has a first rate staff of dedicated physician anesthesiologists and registered nurses. They are committed to delivering consistently top quality care year after year.
