Botox
A filler is a substance that is injected into certain areas of the face to improve one’s appearance. Fillers are often used to plump up lips, add volume to cheeks, remove facial wrinkles, fill depressed scars, hide nasolabial folds (smile lines), perform non-surgical rhinoplasty, or camouflage “bags” under the eyes. There are many types of facial fillers. We only use fillers that are FDA approved. Facial fillers are made of different substances, each of which lasts a variable amount of time. We offer all of the latest fillers that are on the market ( Sculptra, Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, and Artefill). Very often we combine these fillers with Botox or Dysport, or state of the art laser therapy to enhance results.

Face Lift
Here at Washington Facial Plastic Surgery and Rejuvenation Center, we offer a wide-range of non-surgical facial rejuvenation services. Many of the following procedures require little to no downtime and are often combined to enhance results. Our non-surgical facelift procedures include injectable fillers and state-of-the-art laser/light therapy.
Blepharoplasty

Otoplasty
Patients are born with varying sizes and shapes to the ear. Sometimes the ear can protrude more than normal. Otoplasty utilizes a small incision hidden behind the ear in combination with suture sculpturing to provide an improved appearance to the ear. For children, waiting until 5 years of age is recommended to avoid affecting the growth of the ear. For children, general anesthesia is recommended; adults can have the procedure under local anesthesia.
Scar Revision
We perform an extensive amount of reconstructive surgery for congenital deformities, scar revision, skin cancer reconstruction, and trauma. These cases are often very challenging and can range from nasal or facial fractures to complex total facial reconstruction. Having a surgeon who performs both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery gives a patient the highest level of care possible.

“I first met Dr. Lee when he performed an amazing facial reconstruction on my 85 year old father for skin cancer. I was so impressed with his technical skill as well as his caring manner and ability to put us at ease. Personally I had been considering blepharoplasty for some time. I was tired of looking at my own puffy eyes. Within a few hours after applying mascara to my lashes, my eyes were ringed like a raccoon’s eyes. I was applying at least three different concealers in an attempt to lighten my eyes. Although I had consulted with other professionals about my problem and my expectations, I hadn’t felt comfortable enough to proceed until I consulted with Dr. Lee. I am so happy that I did! I love the results! Gone are those tired, puffy eyes. I love wearing makeup again because I now have smooth upper lids that show off applied eye shadow. My operation at Dr.Lee’s Issaquah office was in a very private, modern setting. I was very comfortable and well attended by the staff the whole time and the weeks after. I will be definitely returning next year to avail myself of some non-surgical procedures. Dr Lee is my secret weapon for aging more gracefully.”
