Brookside Dental

This is the place to go! Before I found Brookside, I used to be a little scared about going to the dentist. A good friend of mine told me about Brookside when we moved to the area and now I pass along the info to everyone. Even my in-laws go there now. The periodic cleanings I get are actually enjoyable and turn out to be the smartest and most economical dental insurance there is.



No matter what your issues are, Dr. Pauley can accurately asses what the best course is for you. She is very knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest technology and methods. I needed some rather extensive work and she explained everything perfectly and did the work with amazing skill. From the very beginning I was confident that everything would be done with minimal discomfort.



I work in the high tech industry so I m particularly impressed at how Dr. Pauley combines science and art like nobody I’ve ever met. Ever notice how really brilliant people can explain complicated subjects in a way anyone can understand? That’s Dr. Pauley and another sign that you can trust her work.



For my periodic cleanings, I always get Barb, who must be the best dental hygienist on the planet. It s impossible for you to make your teeth feel like she can. Just like with Dr. Pauley, there s never any discomfort of course. After a few months you ll be eager to get back and have Barb’s perfect cleaning. I swear I don t think she views it as work--she takes pride in YOUR mouth. Definitely ask for Barb.



I don t know how they go about finding employees but every professional office needs to do what Brookside does. Everything runs smoothly and without error. You know you’re in the right place as soon as you observe just a few moments of interactions at the desk when you arrive.



Of course, Claudia, who greats and routes you, is always extremely efficient and pleasant, but notice how she enjoys interacting with the patients and notice how all those customers are great folks and if they’ve brought kids they are well-behaved and happy. That many really smart customers can’t be wrong about Brookside being wonderful.

The best dentist I’ve even been to … by far.



Dr. Cindy and the staff are friendly, efficient and – most importantly – really know their stuff. I’ve been to a number of other dentists before, and compared to them the Brookside Dental team is much better at making sure that any issues are fixed and no new ones re-appear.

I've been a patient of initially Dr. Pauley (the mom, now retired) and now Dr Cave for many years (6? 7? not sure anymore) after a bad experience with a dentist that just saw my teeth as a way to make more money ("I think it's better to take your wisdom teeth out even though they are OK, you don't need them and it will avoid any issue later").



I love Brookside Dental. They are just great.



They are super friendly, pro, explain the why and what in details, have modern equipment and never ever push for a treatment unless it is needed.



Their pricing are clear (though slightly over what MSFT premera covers for instance for bi-yearly cleaning) and they are really good at both being on time and helping you accomodate when your adenda changes (even if they are very booked, they seemed to always fairly quickly find a spot when needed).



In short: they're great and they can make visits as pleasant as dentist visits can be.

One of my friends recommended this dental office. I am really glad I decided to go here, because I had a couple of ugly chipped front teeth, Dr Pat saw me and on my first visit gave me a very thorough exam. She used a camera to show me the teeth that were broken and also some other teeth that needed to be fixed. After my front teeth were done by Dr Pat and looked absolutely beautiful, I decided to have her do all of the other teeth that needed to be fixed. I am very happy with my new look and great looking teeth. Two thumbs up for Dr Pat and her beautiful staff. The entire staff is beautiful with amazing smiles and made my visits very enjoyable.

After you finished my new smile, my husband told me I was more beautiful than he imagined anyone could be. Thanks so much for the incredibly beautiful smile. Now I have so much more confidence around new people that I meet. I am so glad you told me that these new teeth don't get stained like natural teeth, because I still love my morning coffee. I have high recommendations for the doctors and staff here. My family and I have been going to Brookside Dental for a while. My best friend and his family go to Brookside Dental also and really like it. My teeth have been worked on by both Dr Pat and Dr Cindy and they have done excellent work. It is a very comfortable and pleasant in the Office. I watch movies during any long procedures. I recently decided that I wanted to look better and have a nicer smile. Dr Cindy did six new crowns in the front of my mouth that are beautiful. I get really nice compliments from my friends and other people about how nice my teeth look. They have the most comfortable chairs to sit in while you are in the reception area and it is very relaxing. They have always taken very good care of me and my family and the doctors both have a great chairside manner. I recommend them very highly.
