I was a patient with this dentist business for a few years until it came to a point that every time I had something wrong, they just wanted to pull my teeth out! After sitting in their waiting room on a number of occasions, I overheard other patients talking to the receptionist and making appointments for THEIR teeth to be pulled too!



On my last appointment, when the doctor looked at my problem tooth and once again told me I had to get it pulled, I argued with him as to why it had to come out. He didn't like being questioned one bit and I walked out on the appointment which was just a review of the problem. Not only did they charge me for this 5 minute appointment but the doctor also sent me a letter stating that they will no longer service me as a patient and that I should go elsewhere! By the time that letter was received, I had already went somewhere else and the teeth that they wanted to pull were SAVED. An abscess that they said was there was not there! I do not trust them and I wouldn't go to this dentist ever again not even if my life depended on it. Thumbs down for poor customer service and horrendous god-like attitude of the doctors there! I would not recommend you go to these folks if you value your teeth!
