They had my wife's car 3 weeks she drove at home transmission smoke burnt up after being repaired gave us a two year warranty turn the car back in it was there all winter about six months drove it for the summer fall the year wouldn't go into four-wheel drive in there all winter long again there's a whole year already in the shop get it back out in the spring same problem two more Winters when we needed the four-wheel drive vehicle it was in there shop they didn't honor their warranty were there work charge this full price should have went to medley they get it right the first time I wouldn't recommend Chris and that crew if they said they would do the work for free no charge and supplied the parts total rip-off we had to buy a new car after they tore up our car that's a shame I can't even sell it used because the transmission is bad after they worked on it six times or more can you believe they sent the car home after supposedly repairing it they put a hose clamp on the pressure side line and as my wife was driving that hose blew off and all the transmission fluid came out she couldn't make it up for a driveway hardly you know it burnt that transmission up at that time what a bunch of yahoos never seen such a bad operation somehow we need to shut them down they ruined my car and who knows how many others I still have it I can't even sell it because the train is bad gave them a good money and they just played with us please do yourself a favor and take it to mr. Medley that's who I called first and I should have went there go with your first thought my wife's co-worker said all give Hartford County a tri delt treat you right yeah for $200 less we've got a ruined car had to buy a brand new one they had our money the attorney said you'll pay us and you won't get anything from them that's how they operate we would lose all their money to the attorney just to win the case do yourself a favor and go the other way do you think about carpet County go see mr. Put Used Parts On but Charged Double, Truck Still Had Problems After to!
Other things mystically broke and needed rebuilt in a few weeks also.
Do not adhere to warranty, will over charge estimate (get a written estimate for legal reasons!), and cuts so many corners.
I myself am a mechanic but work on engines, not transmissions.
Nothing fixed and a broken wallet.

I had the transmission repaired in my 2013 Caravan. The job was done quickly and professionally. In van runs great. The cost of the job was very reasonable when compared to other quotes. $1000 less the Glen Burnie Transmission

I have been a customer of Harford Transmissions for over 10 years. I have had 2 transmissions and some small repairs done over the years. I have always found them to be friendly and fair.

If you like your vehicle don't do it, they will butcher it and more things will come out broke than fixed.

BAD PLACE! DON,T GO THERE! the owner is the only one who knows what he is doing, and he is never there nor he does any work, and does not check on his employees. so the mess up a lot. so you pay a lot of money, only to wait weeks for the repair, and it will be not done right. so you have to go back again and again.
