Charles Man Endodontics PA

The dentists in this practice may or may not be good-the reviews are split-but I can say the administration is HORRIBLE. My husband scheduled an appointment after being referred by our regular dentist. When he got there, he was told he'd have to pay $250 for the appointment because our insurance doesn't cover it. That's a LIE. We have Aetna and a simple phone call would have revealed his co-pay is $45, standard for our coverage. Either these people have no clue what they're doing or they're too lazy to find out. My husband was not informed he'd be paying out of pocket prior to the visit. Alarmed by the extreme emphasis on money over health care, he walked out and will be scheduling an appointment with professionals who know what they're doing and who care. BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE!

I went here to get what I thought was a standard root canal but I guess I didn't realize a specialist charge double to do it... to top it all off when I called AHEAD of time to get an estimated price so I knew what I was facing they told me one price and then charged me more then double!!! Geez you could be honest so I person knows what to expect.
