Just had kitchen sink and faucet installed by Chuck Adams, he was on time and did a 100% perfect job. BTW Jeff Witt installed my Trane over 5 years ago and it is perfect.

I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!! I hired Witt Mechanical to tune-up and service my whole house central A/C unit, as it was not cooling as well as it should (my A/C unit has two parts: 1 part located outside and the other part is located inside my attic). This was my first time using this company AND MY LAST. To clarify, this was not an emergency service call, for my A/C unit, but a regular service call for a spring tune-up, that I made almost 2 weeks earlier! The service technician arrived and headed straight to the outside part of my A/C unit and proceeded to add some freon, without inspecting anything. Then the service tech got a phone call, while he was still adding the freon to the outside part of the unit, and he told the caller that he would be leaving my house in a few minutes. I was afraid he was going to run out on me before he finished my tune-up and checked the rest of the A/C unit located in the attic....so I immediately reminded him to make sure to check the inside part of the A/C unit in the attic and to clean the drain lines, as I was paying for a complete tune-up, and he said "I don't have time to do all that. I have another service call". I politely pointed out that I was concerned about safety and wanted everything checked. He said "I have an emergency service call that I have to get to, we're really busy right now" I was in shock...I didn't know what to do or say after that!?! I was at a loss. That discourteous service tech was only here for 23 minutes, never went inside to check the other part of the A/C unit located in the attic, and he charged me several hundred dollars and I didn't even get a receipt or itemized breakdown of that incredulous charge!!! Again, I was in shock! What just happened? What did I pay for exactly...that seemed really expensive for some freon? He never even checked on the other part of the A/C unit in the attic or the drain lines. Well, a few hours later, I heard a strange noise in my attic and I asked a neighbor's son if he could come over, to see if he heard anything. That nice young man discovered that I had water coming out of the A/C unit located in my attic (remember, the service tech refused to check this part of the unit and the drain lines). My neighbor checked my drain lines and found they were clogged and he spent the next two hours cleaning my drain lines, checking the hoses and throwing out some wet insulation, ALL FOR FREE. Thank the Lord there are still good people in the world who are willing to help out a stranger for free but Witt Mechanical won't ever receive one word of praise from me!

My Husband and I called Witt Mechanical about the first week of March 2010. We had been having high electric bills and wanted the heat pump looked at. They came out and fixed the heat pump. Along with that they checked the furnace and found some wiring not properly connected causing some of the elements in the furnace not to work. They also fixed the thermostat to work together with the furnace and heat pump. After one month our electric bill dropped more than 50%. I highly recommend Witt Mechanical. Their cost was very reasonable. Within just a few months we have more than recouped our money back from the money saved on the electric bill. Their work was very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
