Beds and cleanliness are decent ,

Older facility but everything was clean. Bed was awesome, very comfortable and had 2 soft and 2 firm pillows which was perfect for us. Roomy. Staff were incredible, one actually stepped out in the rain to show us a closer place to park

Manager and desk clerks were wonderful! They went out of their way to accommodate my disabled
son even when they were very busy because of local events. Very friendly staff. Room was large and nIcely kept, decor a bit dated, but everything worked fine. Handicap facilities were excellent. Quiet rooms.

This is a nice, convenient and comfortable lodging place. Friendly staff. Nice, clean room. Lots of amenities. Full and delicious breakfast. Nice atmosphere. The only problem I experienced was a slow check-in when the computer at the registration desk "crashed" just as I was being entered. He had to do the procedure over and over on a different computer. Otherwise...

good central location when traveling from Ky to Va .

We always get excellent service and everyone is very friendly and respectful to us when we are there. The room is always clean and if we need anything all we have to do is call.

Me an my husband had a family gathering in Lynchburg Va an decided to stop for the night at you're hotel in Bedford Va. As I entered the front office a nice young gentlemen by the name of Joe welcomed me to you're hotel. Great customer service from start to finish. He also suggested restaurants in the area,liberty station is really good btw. Room was nice had one of the renovated ones,price could have been little better but it was made up by the friendly staff an nice room. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit was a major plus,thanks Kathy for the prompt checkout. Next time we are in down your way we will be staying at your days inn in Bedford Va. Keep up the good work an excellent an friendly service!!!!

I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was a major improvement...love the new countertops and the new flat screen tvs. The staff was also very friendly...the front desk clerk, Jennifer, was very polite and very helpful giving my husband and I directions to the Peaks of Otter and she also recommended a great restaurant called The Station. Affordable prices, clean rooms, and friendly staff, it doesn't get any better. We will be returning over the summer with the kids to try out the pool

Front desk help was wonderful. Restaurant recommendation was perfect. Will use this location again. Surprisingly quiet for how close we were to the highway.

Was passing thur Bedford on my way to Norfolk,VA to a family member's house an decided to stop for the night which I'm glad I'm did. Young gentleman by the name of Joe helped me an my friend with checkin an also helped my disabled friend get into her room, he went out of his way to help us. Thumbs up for his help. We didn't stay for breakfast but coffee is available at all hours. Good thing cause we needed it. Very nice motel, beds were very comfortable an we had two of the renovated rooms. They look very good by the way. Next time in the area we will be staying at Days Inn of Bedford Va. Thanks again for everything.

This was a really nice little hotel with a very nice staff. It was well worth the money for business travel. There weren't a lot of restaurants close by but I didn't stay long enough for that to matter.

I had a business meeting in Bedford I'm from Erie Pennsylvania I had great service I had fresh coffee every morning it was available to me all day in the lobby. The rooms were clean everybody was kind and courteous all the staff was very helpful

The front office was just great in talking with us and giving us additional information about the area. They were so friendy and we enjoyed talking with the local people.

Our room was very clean (a must!), and the waffles were awesome! We pass through Bedford frequently on our way to and from Blacksburg and this hotel is a welcome site when we need to stop for the night. History buffs would love its close proximity to the D-Day Memorial.

This is 5 stars relative to the budget category. Contrary to other reviews, the room was clean, quiet, no bugs, 4 working receptacles. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. The administration was friendly and helpful, even to the extent of offering on request the senior discount. The price was 30% less than the establishment across the road.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The motel staff were very friendly and went far out of their way to help us. Just what we were looking for.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again. It is very conveniently located as well. I also had no problems with the WiFi.

This room was just what I was looking for. Although it was a spur-of-the-moment stop, I stayed 2 nights. The staff were all friendly. Joe, at the front desk, was a wealth of info for finding places in the area. He also encouraged me to join the rewards program for better rates. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Days Inn Bedford and found every thing very good, The room was clean and comfortable, Kathy at the front desk was very helpful, the hot breakfast with wonderful waffles was delicious, and the location is near the D-Day Memorial! I'll return again!
