Cheddars in Bedford, TX

When the hostess sits at a table or booth the servers argue who will be serving your table if they don't want to wait on your family! Such rude service and if the food is cold and they don't care to do anything about it. One waitress will say out loud the family can sit in my section but I refuse to wait on them! Such rude people in a family restaurant! I would not recommend a family to eat here go somewhere else that's enjoyable and clean and where you can enjoy your food and service!! This restaurant has a sign posted saying we have the right to refuse service to anyone and any kind! How rude can a restaurant be to the public and they're supposed to know customer service!

Yummy cheeseburgers with all the toppings. Consistent service and menu at all locations. And best of all, I just won a gift card, by cheering loudly at a baseball game!

I will never go back. Ordered a steak and was not able to cut it and it looked like it came from the sewer.The fried okra was burned. Told the girl waiting on me and my wife but nothing was done.Again told the girl taking my money and nothing was done.They had no problem taking my money and did not hear "Sorry".Will never eat there again. Bad for your health and pocket book.If I could.....they would receive a - 10 score.

This restaurant is so dirty and dingy. The wait staff just dumps your order on the table and then we had to track down someone to get sugar, ketchup and extra napkins. That took another 12 minutes for somebody to bring those items. Pancakes were cold by the time we rec'd butter. Waitress didn't care. Manager didn't care either. Don't waste your time on this place. There are too many other breakfast places in Hurst, TX that care about their customers and would treat you so much better. They've lost our extended family breakfasts & business now.

I actually came in late to have a drink and dinner at the bar. I am a nurse so my hours are are not conventional. I sat at the bar for literally over 5 to 7 minutes before even being greeted by our bartender. He appeared to be too caught up in a conversation with his "girlfriend" who was not even a customer. As I tried to get his attention, they both gave me a dirty look as if I was bothering them. I was just anxious to order since it was so later after my shift. His attitude was less than pleasant and his overall demeanor was uncomfortable to be around. There was 1 other person at the bar and he appeared to be confrontational with some of the other staff members. Clearly he is not an asset and I dont think I will return to this restaurant purely based on the fact that someone hired him. I cant remember his name but he had dark hair and I believe his name was Travis, or Trent...i remember it started with a T. Applebees, so yourself a favor and get rid of this negative person and gets some bartenders with positive attitudes. It will go a long way, until then I wont be back.
