Disappointed by the service department for the last time today, we will never do any business with you in the future. Time and time again we have been misled, taken advantage of and had to wait for extended lengths of time for service. Feel like the only business being catered to is sales. Not today we are DONE, assistant service manager told me one thing and then when we arrived would not honor our coupon/agreed price for major service.

Set up deal over phone. Made it very clear I didnt want to drive 4 HOURS to get there unless we had a solid deal made. Sure enough when I get there all of a sudden ""oh we cant do this"". Worst part was I was paying cash so they couldnt even blame their lies on my credit score. They tried to stiff me for $3000 more after I spent have the day driving in. BAD BUSINESS!!!! Dont beleive anything they tell you on the phone. They are just playing the old game of trying to get you in the door so they can hard up sell you so they can squeeze every penny out of you. If they would have told me the real price up front I probably would have still bought the truck, but I dont deal with liars.
Their are good dealers out there who dont do this. Do your research ahead of time and find one. My advise is dont shop here.

the worst place i ever delt with, they play games and keep you in there for 4-5 hours just to buy a car , and this was a cash deal. and after you buy the car, dont try to get anything fixed on it , because its not under warrenty, ive spent lotsof money with them. but thats all they want, lousey service and rude bunch of sales people, if you need to buy a nissan, shop around . youll be glad you did

Here's the deal. I went in and test drove a car I liked the car so I put in an offer. The offer was rejected as it was a lowball offer. After sleeping on it, I called up Beaverton Nissan and put in another offer. The person I dealt with said he would talk to his manager and call me back. He called me back and said they accepted my offer. I drove in and when they sat me down they started to change the offer and back out. They kept trying to get me to change the deal. I was very frustrated at this point. Why would you accept my offer on the phone and then reject it when I get down in person. That is a very shady practice. I was so angry that I left the dealership and went and bought another car that I had driven the night before, that I didn't like as much. Thinking back on the situation, if they would have rejected my offer on the phone, I probably would have thought about it and realized that I still wanted the car and revised my offer. Instead because they used shady aggressive tactics, I didn't get a car that I really wanted and they didn't sell the car. I have been telling everyone I know about this experience and how harrowing it was. A really unfortunate experience over all.

I traded in a nice BMW M3 for a newer used BMW on their lot. First of all the salesman was very nice and I really hope he leaves this dealership and goes somewhere more respectable. The managers and the finance guys were a bunch of liars and I caught them with a major fraud attempt and lie! They took my nice M3 on trade and before my financing even went through 100% on the new car they sold my car to an ""auction"" in California because it was not clean title. They said the $6,000 they gave me on trade was to high and they had to sell it at auction for $3,000 because of the unclean title. I told them the car was clean title and when we ran a car fax at their office it showed as a perfect clean title! They said carfax is faulty and should not be trusted (yet they advertise carfax reports on all their cars...) anyways I told them Im sure it was a mistake and asked to see the title for proof. That is when he said we will get a copy of the title from the auction and show it to you. A week later went by and nothing, no phone call, no title for proof. Guess what happens next?.. I drove by a local car dealer and saw my M3 in their lot! I went in and asked the dealer owner about it. I asked if it was bought at auction like beaverton nissan claims they sold it at. They said no, they had bought it directly from beaverton nissan for $6k! I then asked if they had the title and yes of course it was clean! Beaverton nissan tried to scam me and threatened to sue me several times for trading in a dirty car when along my car was immaculate and clean title! The other dealership that bought the car was very happy with it and was excited to have it on their lot. They were very nice and even offered to go to court with me if I wanted to press charges against Beaverton Nissan for trying to commit fraud against me. In the end I got the car I wanted but paid more than I should have, put up with their lies and harassment about my car, and got attitude from their managers. Take my word for it, go to a different dealer when buying a car, the bad reviews are true and these guys are nothing but crooks.
The experience was wonderful I was searching from dealer to dealer and was having a tough time finding the right car finally I called beaverton Nissan, they had the car I wanted so I went to look at it and left. I didn't have any time but I told them to call me with their best price and Joe Clark called me an hour later with the price and I was amazed they could do it, so I asked to have the car ready for me and they did. Great job guys! I would recommend you guys to everyone.

I am in sales myself and these guys went above and beyond in helping me purchase my Nissan Xterra. All my questions were answered, price was great, and staff was helpful. What made me decide to buy from Beaverton Nissan was the knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond what other dealerships did not do. I am now a loyal Nissan customer and will have my service done to my rig here. In the future when I am ready to purchase my skyline, I will be right there ready to work with these guys again!!!My friends and family members will be referred here before any other dealership for future purchases.

My husband had been researching big SUVs (b/c he's 6'6"") and saw the internet price for the Pathfinder Armada. Beaverton Nissan had it priced well below Blue Book. We were very firm in how much we wanted for our Honda Accord trade-in, and they nearly met it. We were ok with that b/c we knew we got the Armada at a great price. The entire process was easy and non-stressfull. We test drove, they looked at our trade in, and we were finished with the entire process in just under 2 hours. Also, since we were trading in and adding cash, we didn't want our credit pulled (even though we both have very good credit.) They worked around that and didn't have to pull our credit. Ben was very friendly, no pressure and upbeat. We had a great experience. Also, with our purchase, the are lowering the seat by 2"" for my husband, so when they perform service, we'll see if I can give that a 5 rating as well.

I'm not big on dealing with car salesman, I'm also not big on taking my time to do reviews unless I think the public should be warned. This one is positive so the public can enjoy.
We just purchased a new car through Beaverton Nissan and I was very impressed. I have sold cars in the past and most lots will not let you leave, especially if you have been on a test drive, until they have 'turned' you (brought another sales person in) at least once. Salesmen can catch a lot of crap from management if they don't turn a customer and let them walk. Daryl at Beaverton Nissan had no trouble with that, he was very informative and helpful to include finding us the car we wanted with the options we wanted and had it brought down from Longview WA. Negotiations (even after the credit manager was brought in) went pretty well considering I had my price and they had theirs, they moved a lot and we put the deal together. We got our car and so far the wife (it's her car) is very happy.
Just got back from a little gathering, customer orientation event they have once a month to help new customers which was also very informative. Look forward to a long relationship, who knows maybe even another car in the future.
Pros, low pressure, easy to negotiate with, so far all above board and honest.
