Lighthouse Technologies, Inc, was founded in 2000 by Jeff Van Fleet, President and CEO. Jeff has more than twenty years of experience in the management, development, and deployment of commercial and Department of Defense ( DoD ) complex software and hardware systems. Jeff's areas of expertise include software quality processes, program management, technical leadership, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design ( OOD ). Jeff has extensive experience with the Software Engineering Institute ( SEI ) CMM Level 3 software engineering practices, and has pragmatically applied these practices to increase productivity and quality for his customers.
