Shell

These people are tire crooks. Well Beaver tire is and there part of this Shell Station. Avoid this place and go somewhere else, Any Canadian travelers steer clear. We bought tires (over priced tires 7 months ago) from them and now have issues of tire separation and they will not answer our e-mails. Be leave the other negative posts, they are all true.

My wife and I were traveling in separate cars and stopped at the mini market in Beaver which has an adjoining Shell Station. While I was in the market buying snacks, a service man from Shell approached my wifes car and told her that a rear tire was not only wearing but was too dangerous to drive on. This was interesting to us because we had just left the Audi dealer the day before and had been given a clean bill of health. All four tires had been inspected and given various grades based on tread wear and other areas that they looked at



Back to the service man. He advised that he had a tire in stock and could balance and install for $359. Wow!!!



Needless to say, we kept driving down the road and when we reached our destination, we took the car in to have the tires looked at and they confirmed our suspicions as the tires were fine.



Do not listen to these thieves if they approach you with this flimsy half baked concern over you tires.



I would avoid the entire area and in the future we will stop on the other side of I15 to get our snacks, gas and whatever else we need.
