My insurance called this company out to change my tire. They were supposed to be here in 45 minutes. After an hour and a half, I called and they said it would be 30 more minutes. After 45 minutes, i called back and they said 30 more minutes because the driver had a flat tire. After another hour of waiting, the driver himself called me and said he would be to my house in 30 more minutes. I cancelled and called my insurance back in the morning to dispatch someone else. Unfortunately jack rabbit was the only company available to do it. They assured be they would be to my house in 45 minutes with the best customer service. Now it has been an hour and a half and still no one. I called their dispatch who was very rude and said they will be here in 15 minutes. Now we wait. Avoid this company at all cost. Unfortunately Geico uses them.

Please be careful if you get your car serviced at Mike smith Nissan........ I had a drive chain recall issued on my car, I spoke with the service manager after they ran the diagnostic and he told me I needed a 11,000$ new engine ,my oil was black and sludgey either because I was not changing my oil or because I was not getting it changed by Nissan. At this time they told me there was no point to get the recall done. I advised them to do the recall, because I knew I changed my oil when I am supposed to, they kept my car over a week all the while having salesman call me everyday trying to sell me a car. I get my car back and it is running very rough, when I get down the road, my service engine light comes on. I had already planned to bring it to get a second opinion, so I brought it to another Nissan dealership and they were amazing! They ran the tests and told me in fact I do not need a new engine, but the recall was done incorrectly by mike Smith Nissan. No sludge at all in my engine ,they pulled my Carfax which has all my oil changes logged in it. I also called the Mike Smith GM and left messages with no callback. So please be careful, always get a second opinion.The picture I am including is of my drive chain after I got it back from Mike Smith, it was done by the best Nissan mechanic they have, he has been working on Nissan for twenty years.
The tele-dispatchers are extremely rude and leave you on hold for very long periods of time. When you hang up and call back, the don't even answer.

If you want to be laughed at when the AC system they installed completely breaks down only a few days after the one year warranty has expired, and be told you are out of luck on getting it repaired or replaced, by all means chose this dealer.
Took my car in to get service. Classic Kia is a joke, You bring a new car in and it comes out scratched up. All 4 rims are deeply scratched in circular motion. They will not make it good on there end. And now I am going to sue them. If you want your new car all scratched to hell then they're the people you want to take your car to otherwise buyer beware nothing but Crooks and dishonest people.
Purchased a used golf cart that they took in on a trade. I asked them if the batteries were good before I purchased it. They told me "they were great and they haven't had to charge it in the 2-3 weeks that they've had it." When I called them and told them I'd buy it I asked them to charge it because I knew my daughter would be excited and want to ride it. When I got it home we rode it about 20 minutes and it got weak. I checked the water level and 2 cells were low on water I filled them and charged it over night. Long story short the batteries were weak and would only last about 30 minutes. I called them and told them about it and said that I would split the cost on a new bank of batteries and it was about $800 for the set. Josh the manager said he would get back to me. Knowing we wouldn't get a refund I went ahead and had the batteries replaced. I called josh again and asked him if they made a decision he said no. I went in a few days later brought them a copy of the receipt and talked to josh face to face. He said he asked Eric the GM and he said he wouldn't help any on the batteries. I asked for him to have Eric call me and he hasn't called. I will not do any more business with this company and will share my experience.

Sorry about your hateful existence. Maybe you should make better decisions so you don't treat other people like trash.
Fuzzys sucks they don't pay right I know because my husband just got fired from there because he couldn't get to work cause they paid him one time in May and once this month. So if they get shut down don't feel any pitty cause we have a baby due next month and they paid him right up until it got close to the baby being born the closer it gets the longer they wait to pay him when they're paying everybody else every week
