Beaumont Family Dentistry

I need to have one of my left wisdom tooth removed d/t pain, they recommended to remove all of them. They didn't have anything I can use to rinse my mouth prior surgery, maybe washing mouth prior to surgery isn't their procedure. Dr. Jung Chang did not applied the gel on my left inner gum, so it was painful when she shoot the needle on my inner left gum. She had this "just woke up" look 3 times I saw her.

Follow up visit, I complained I felt the end of the sutures (at least I thought it was) when in fact my tooth next to the one removed crack from top to the root. So I was feeling the crack. Dr. Jung Chang unable to provide rationale, instead she gave me option to have dental implant.

Cleanliness is a concern on the way the equipment look with water crusts. No running water on one of the exam room, therefore I didn't seem them washing their hands.

What is up with the outdoor view? the wall? as if going to the dentist is not traumatizing enough. Please think twice before you go there.

Terrible place, dr. Albert is rude, doesn't say one word to you as if your below him , and if you don't wanna spend the money on what they insist you need, they send you away in pain. I will never go here even if I have to pay full price to go out of my network!
