I have been using Carolina Carpet Cleaning for about 15 years. Kevin does an outstanding job! I had rust stains that I thought wouldn't come up and he got them up. He has always been prompt and very professional. I would highly recommend his services. KGB

He does not act professional at all and my family regrets using this company and now I know to use a better known company then to save money with this business. His work was done so badly we had to pay someone else to correct it. Never again. I suggest anyone to save their money and really look for a better business to go with.

I had heavy equipment delivered into our brand new office and unfortunately the dolly had grease on the wheels that laid a long track on the newly laid carpet. I called Mr. Snowand he arrived on time, assured me he would get the grease out and he was successful! I would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. The carpet looked like new again.

This company is the best. I had the misfortune of a company delivering heavy equipment into our brand new dental office and the dolly left a long black grease trail from the front door through the back of the office. I was devastated. Mr Snow came in with the correct chemical, and shampoo machine and made the carpet look new again.
