Made a purchase online and went to pick up the order. My order was not prepared. I was told their online order system had crashed. I ask for a refund, was then told they had to get the system had to come back up before the payment system could process the refund. They took my transaction info and contact number and have not refunded me my money after a week... I had to contact my bank!!!

First off, I have been a customer for many many years, but I have never seen what I saw today. I know from past experiences that this is a franchised store. When I went in today these two guys were talking over the 2 customers, who were waiting on them, to finish "their" (your employees) conversations... WHAT? The one guy was not helping with the line, he was on his phone and continued as if no one was in the store. The guy working on the customers sub stood there with his hand in the toppings bin, with his back turned to the customer. He didn't say a word, until the customer got his attention and got his toppings. If I hadn't gone in for a friend I would have walked out. The total lack of service and the attitude present was, well it took just about all I had not to tell them off. But I held my tongue and after a couple more screw ups with my order I LEFT! Wanted you all to know that these guys are showing me what Subway, really is.............
