I can’t praise this team enough, so professional and friendly.   They came right on time and took no breaks until the job was finished.  This was an all day job, that was far from easy running a new water line in a tight area through 2 floors to install a new pot filler in my kitchen.   In addition to doing great work, another stand out for me was how very clean they were.  They took off their shoes and continually used a tarp.  No messes in any of the areas they worked in!   Their pricing for the job was also the best we were quoted.  So very happy with the work, price and workers.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use this group the next time you need plumbing work done.

Recently called for plumbing issues with our toilets. Have family staying with us for Thanksgiving this week and our toilets were leaking and not flushing, we needed help fast with a house full of 9+ people that would be staying with us. They came quickly and fixed the issue. The price was also great and affordable. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves quickly, unlike other plumbers I have dealt with that leave a mess. Will be using service again. They drove out to Grayslake.

I called Absolute Plumbing & they were quick & reasonably priced. I was a bit nervous since I had read a bad review but they were the plumbing service that responded the quickest and were on sight immediately, I had an emergency plumbing issue that need attention immediately. They fixed it quicker than I thought. Since they are family owned Jim was great, the owner, very Personable. I am so glad I called them so far no more issues in my home and knew what they were doing. Will be calling them again if I have anymore issues! I recommend giving them a call. They are a small business so great way to support local business.

My basement got flooded twice over the weekend and on Monday morning I called ���Absolute Plumbing��� in Palatine, dispatcher told me that plumber will be at my house at 11:00. At 11:30 (no plumber) I called again and asked if somebody is still coming? I���ve been told that they will call a plumber and will call me back in a minute. At 11:45 (no plumber and no call from dispatcher) I called again and I���ve been told that plumber will be at my house between 1 and 2 pm. I asked and repeated it many times that plumber would call me when he is in front of the house so my dog can be caged. At 2;15 pm I got a call from my house that plumber came in (with out calling first). After explaining the problem to the plumber, in 10 minutes he called me to say that my sump pump is broken and needs to be replaced. I asked him if he also investigated an injector for my bathroom in the basement since as I explained earlier to him water was coming out of that pit also. In 10 minutes he called me saying that my injector does not work either and the price for replacing it will be 400.00 for the sump pump and 900.00 for injector. I said I���ll decide later because sump pumps on internet cost around 100 dollars. At that time my friend recommended me a plumber that is his neighbor, I went to Pluming Supplies store and bought the same brand and power pumps that plumber are using: paid 110.00 for sump pump and 280.00 for injector. My friend���s plumber came in and installed a new sump pump in 10 minutes (cost me 50 dollars). He also told me that my old pump is still good but the switch was broken so I can save money by only buying a switch. We will install injector on the weekend and it will cost me 150 dollars.
