They were very friendly and came to help me immediately when I walked in the door. The guy who helped me was able to make an initial diagnosis of the problem within about 5 minutes and said it looked like a corrupt video driver. He had to reinstall Windows on the PC and managed to do so without losing any of the data we had on the data drive. The computer now boots up much faster than before too. They did the work quickly and the charge was $90 - much less than Geek Squat at Best Buy.

Terrific place. Brought my old desktop running Windows XP in for an upgrade to Windows 10. Alvin and his staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. They took extra time to explain everything to me. My computer is now so fast and everything works effortlessly. Very affordable!!

Probably the best computer repair shop in North New Jersey. Was greeted and helped within seconds of entering the store, diagnosed my problem and told me as long as I got the part he will put it in for free, which he did. Such an amazing and timely shop. Please disregard any other negative review as these guys are honest and helpful people.

I brought a laptop to them recently with hardware and software malfunctions they fixed everything, gave me free anti-virus software and sped up my laptop quickly and efficiently without charging me an arm an a leg. Upon pickup they told me how to avoid making the same mistakes in the future! Overall I was very impressed with the customer service they provided and I have and will continue to refer people to them.

Dunno why the negative response with Janet. But lost my job and supporting my daughter who is autistic and Alvin did my computer for free when he found out I couldn't pay. All I can say is God bless you!

dont trust alvin the owner. he's a liar. he'll keep your computer there for weeks and it wont be fixed!
