Truly Nolen

I was truly happy with the prompt service I received when I called Truly Nolan and spoke with branch manager Charlie Turner. I advised him of my concerns due to more problems I was having with ants. I already set an appointment with my regular tech Phil Hoffman (who is a great and very professional tech). Charlie advised me that he will also come to my house with Phil. The two made a decision to try another avenue towards eliminating this problem which they explained fully what they were to use and how it will help with the ant problem. They both will return next week and will do everything necessary to put this problem to rest. They were very professional and spent whatever time was necessary to fix this problem. thank you guys!

Flew in from Tucson to assist my 88 y/o mother. She had ants entering her house for months and drug her feet on getting an exterminator. I just happened to see the truly Nolen car coming down the street and waived it down. Charlie was behind the wheel and this was my good luck. Immediate inspection and first treatment within the week. Total care, concern and professionalism! If you have pest issues, do yourself a favor and call ( I’m pretty sure Charlie can’t always find the time to pull over, it was just my fortunate timing), You won’t regret it.
