A BIG "Thank You" to all of the staff working in very cold temps and hazardous road conditions rescuing those in need. You can never show enough appreciation for those hard at work.

Slow and unprofessional. Dispatchers don't care about customers, keep saying their truck is half an hour away. When you ask why it's taking so long - they offer you to call somebody else. Waited for 4.5 hours and was charged $600 for 22 miles for a straight box truck.

AVOID at all cost.

I am very impressed with the way that the Tiger team took care of my motorcycle after my recent accident. They were very courteous and professional when explaining fees and costs. I am very grateful that they went the extra mile to make sure that the necessary care was taken when it came to recovering my motorcycle. Overall, I would recommend Tiger Towing to anyone requiring their services.

Car battery stopped working today and was going to be late to work if I didn't get the problem fixed fast so I called Tigers, I've called them before for various things. The dispatcher was understanding, polite and professional, had a truck out here to help fix the problem in a jiffy, who was also understanding, polite and professional. Great service, workers and I made it to work with ten minutes to spare. I'd easily suggest them to anyone who was having car problems.

01/27/16 - Had my Bobtail cross ways in the road due to icy conditions. Although a tow was not executed they assessed the situation and contacted Aims to bring their salt truck in to salt the area. Our truck was quickly driven out of the hazardous area. The bill was reasonable. Will use in the future for tows in the Battle Creek and surrounding area. Very Polite Drivers.

I had the most amazing service today at Tiger's. My car battery had died today in the middle of Meijer's and it was freezing cold but I called up their business and their dispatcher was super friendly and had great costumer service and the driver was very quick to help me out and also friendly I recommend them to anyone I meet and is the best towing company I have ever came across

My friends car was impounded and sent too tigers towing and only there for 24hours and was $375.00 when we asked why so high they said cause we can we are contracted by the police and can charge what we want so seems how they know they can they do it was ridiculous when we contacted other tow companies they didn't have the same price for a impound Anne were a lot cheaper so pick your tow company wisely

As the manager of a major transportation company I have had to rely on Tiger's many times, and usually in the middle of the night. I am always greeted with a professional attitude and their willingness to help. I am very appreciative of the prompt service Tiger's offers and I highly recommend them.
