Images Formal Wear

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. That was the only nice thing about images! I am getting married this fall and was looking to buy a dress that day. I had my 3 week old son and 2 year old niece, and mother with me. She showed me where the dresses were and that was it. I had to have my mother help me put the dresses on and take them off. The entire time i was in there she was helping girls looking for prom dresses.One there were two women working and neither of them helped me once. Two the entire time all i kept hearing was don't let her touch the dress (talking about my niece who sat in the dressing room while i was changing and only came out when i did) My niece was more help then the 2 girls working, she was fixing my dress asking me if i liked it. My last straw was when she touched the mirror with her hand and the lady yelled at her. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE..AND WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!!! I just wish they knew they lost a sale of a bridal gown, 6 bridesmaids, 1 grooms tux, 6 groomsmens tux, 2 mothers dresses, 2 flower girl dresses, 2 fathers tux, and a ringbearer's tux that i was purchasing. Needless to say thank god for Mildred down town she was amazing and helped me dress my entire wedding party!

I'VE BEEN TO A FEW BRIDAL SHOPS AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY ACTED LIKE I WASNT EVEN THERE AND WHEN I FINALLY WAS FACE TO FACE WITH DRESSES IN HAND THEY JUST POINTED TO A DRSSING ROOM. IT FELT LIKE TRYING ON CLOTHES AT A DEPARTMENT STORE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO HELP GET THE DRESSES ON! WHEN I TOLD THEM MY PRICE RANGE THEY COMPLETELY ACTED LIKE THEY DIDNT NOTICE ME. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST IT TO ANYONE! THEY WERE THE RUDEST AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
