Art Van Furniture

Have been a return customer there and went today for a loveseat that was advertised for $399. Got there and guess what....they did not have it, even after I checked online to make sure. So, went to make a deal on another and a bed. We got to negotiating and came within $50 of agreeing. Then the arrogant salesman says, "if you buy a $75 dollar wood warranty, I can give you that $50 break. Ummm hello, do I honestly look stupid..?!?!?!?! He was serious in saying that if I went and spent $75 more, he'd give me $50 off. I was not born yesterday and was immediately infuriated with this individual and turned and walked out. I'll never return to this store again in my life.

This location is a joke, watch what you say as they all stick together. I never received my invoice and when I did, I got someone else's. There quality of furniture is very poor. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Go and find out for yourself. We won't be back.
