I figured this must be a nice place since it was in Towne Center......I couldn't have been more wrong. What a joke! This place is a nightmare. We had an appointment for Saturday afternoon and prior to them calling to verify, someone told us that if we went on a Saturday, there'd be a long wait. So, when they called to verify, I asked about that and she said that was true so she rescheduled us for Sunday morning.

We have 3 children and one is a newborn and I didn't want to have to wait very long.

I was assured by the employee that if we went on Sunday morning, we shouldn't have a wait. WELL....Sunday morning, we got there and when we walked in, I almost freaked out.... there was about a million people in there, packed like sardines. I asked the lady about the wait, although I knew it would be long, and she said the wait would be over an hour. Needless to say, we left and I will never go back.

I've never experienced anything like this place before. It's almost comical.

HORRIBLE!!!! NO lie. The worst!!! I can't say enough bad things about them.

I can't believe Towne Center would allow this place to stay in their shopping center.

This place sucks!! If you like being herded in and out of a business like an animal, you'll love em! Can't imagine why they make appointments. It should be first come first serve. WHAT A FREAKIN JOKE!!! I hope they shut this place down.

With much reservation, we brought our 6 week old granddaughter to have her first portraits made. First pictures, first grandchild, first trip in the car...you get the idea. But Portrait Innovations in Baton Rouge made the experience great! The employee that was assigned to us was patient and very innovative. The pictures were turned out great!! There were so many good shots it was hard to pick the one we wanted. We already have an appointment in September to have her 3 month pictures made. Can't wait to see the results!!

I went to get last minute senior pictures taken a week before graduation. My photographer was very patient and fun. She took her time and actually thought about the poses she had me to do. The pictures were very beautiful as well as affordable. I'm ready to go take some more lol.

Very helpful and gave the information I needed regarding my cell phone account.
