1st of all I took this class 15 years ago and the instructor never turned in my information. Then the wildlife and fishery says Yea that has happen a lot. So they tell me to take the on-line corse. I take the online corse and then show up for the field day and the instructor goes through the whole book. This takes up 8 hours of my time. Why have the online corse when they are going to go through the whole thing on the field day? Get it together!!!

Dear Sirs:

My name is Dale Plaisance.My son is Brad Plaisance. He has been incarcerated since July 8th of last year. I'm writing you to tell you that I have already written to Washington State Legislative in Olympia,Wa concerning my son. They thankfully gave me more resources to try and help me concerning Brad which leads me to you. The reason my son is in the position he is in is because he was in a wreck in which he tragically hit a probation officer. The man was ok which I know is not the point. I know as well as my son that he was in the wrong and he knows that this is something he will have to live with for the rest of his life. And right now he is paying for his mistakes. He did try to make amends with the probation officer but the man unfortunatley would not hear of it. I personally believe that this man's pride was hurt more then he was and I believe that he is just out to get my son now. Believe me when I say that I am not speaking to you as some crazed person who is seeking unncessary justice for her angel of a son because that is surely not the case. I am only speaking to you as a mother,parent to parent if you will,if you knew your son who was already paying for his mistakes by being in jail away from his wife and three small girls,was getting the same sentence and treatment as an inmate who was in there for murder,you might be writing a letter to someone seeking some kind of help and also some kind of justice for your son as I am writing to you. As of right now where my son is located which is in Lafourche Parish,in Louisiana,everyone there has work release so that way whoever has families can make means to help them. Everyone that is except my son who is a trustee. I was told that they were waiting on a bed for him for him to be on work release which makes absolutely no sense to me at all. But I did speak to a woman in Baton Rouge who gave me that exact information and also informed me that Brad could approximately two to three weeks for a bed. And he has been in there long enough without being able to be given the chance to support his family while he's in there. Sir,there once was a great president named Truman. And I remember reading about President Truman and how he pardoned a young man whose crime was much greater then my son. Well,Sir,that is all that I am asking from you is to consider that also for my son. So would you please help this mother in any way you can. I know Sir,that only you or someone in your position and of course the Lord can help me and in turn help my son, Thank you so much from a mother whose heart has been breaking since the day her son walked in those doors.
